i wish we lived in a world where young actors like Ch or O if they had a SO, they wouldn't have to hide them from the world but instead their fandoms would be healthy enough to show support to ALL aspect of their life instead of panicking everytime there is a rumour one of them has a partner. This simping culture, although hidden through these "funny" and "sarcastic" kind of tiktok's is actually extremely toxic.

i have a feeling JATP (if they renewed it back last fall after the premiere) , would be one of those netflix shows that get unrenewed after a while. I still have hope but I'm having this feeling that something will get in the way of moving forward with it.

it might be bc of my short attention span but there always comes this moment in tv show obsession when "OMG, I can't imagine a world in which S2 of "insert show name" doesn't exist" fades away and "yeah, it'd be good if i see more of this story but if it doesn't get renewed, i won't be crying" kicks in and I'm at that moment now and it's a sad day. it is what it is though.

I'm done with the people who erase the gay and interracial ships. JATP gave minorities something we needed. Representation. Don't take that away from us.

I know there is no one for all rule when it comes to renewals but I’m starting to think the delay for JATP could be connected to Kenny’s multi year / project contract and the financials behind it. It just feels like they are struggling with the negotiations maybe, with Kenny being all: its close, we should know soon, there will be news in January etc. Also, crowded cast against covid excuse is BS bc there are tons of shows / movies being filmed rn with loads of cast / extras involved. HSMTMTS has musical numbers with extras and they filmed S2 in pandemic. IDK something’s fishy here.

I found it annoying that the boys found a way to meet each other on multiple occasions during pandemic but Madi is left separated. I know they don’t really own each other anything and have their own lifes and agendas but they could make it work, visiting her. If they don’t come back to filming before her bday, I hope they surprise visit her then.

This confession is more connected to the cast than a show but I had to unfollow Jeremy recently bc I got sick of his content being 90% about the dogs. I know they are big part of his and carolyn’s life but it became so annoying, especially the “baby” voice they use with them ALL THE TIME and all the kissing etc. its just too much.

Personally I don't think Nick is Chad and Ryan's son it just doesn't add it up with the timeline. I know a lot of people think that Nick is Chad and Ryan's son in this fandom which I can totally see why they think that but, I don't think it's true. The only thing that would make sense is if Nick is adopted. I don't think it's going to be canon I hate to break it to fans that want it to happen. I am fine with the idea that some people believe its canon but, I don't think it's going to happened.

I love the juke dynamic, love their relationship, but honestly I don’t see it romantically.... I don’t want them to kiss ever, only cause I feel like even if they were dating or whatever i feel that it’s a relationship that doesn’t need a kiss I still don’t like the dynamic of him being dead and her alive and I don’t like age gap. Even when Maddie is 18 i just don’t see them ever doing that..

I refuse to believe some of the head canons some of the fans make up believe whatever you want to believe but, I'm getting sick of some JATP fans putting their head canons on the official Netflix Wiki Page. Unless it was confirmed by one of the creators then I refuse to believe its true. I saw someone put some of the characters birthdays on the Netflix wiki page. Alex died when he was 17 not when he was 18 some fans need to keep their head canons to themselves or use it in fanfic not on Wiki.

As much as I ship Juke I am glad they didn't kissed in the season 1 finale unlike some fans that want them to kiss so badly. I am glad they didn't kiss because of the age gap between the actors and I don't want to their relationship to be rush. I would rather wait until Madison is 18 for them to kiss and for Juke to be canon. I would like to see them to kiss someday but, I am totally okay with the slow burn I love how the writers are taking things slow.

I wish there was more main female characters in JATP because there's only three Julie, Flynn and Carrie. There are seven main male characters Alex, Carlos, Luke, Nick, Ray, Reggie and Willie don't get me wrong I love the boys I just wish there was more female characters. The girls on the show don't get enough love the boys do hopefully in season 2 we can have more main and recurring female characters like Kayla, the other Dirty Candy Girls, Rose (appear more in flashbacks) and Victoria.

As much as I love Sunset Curve/Julie and the Phantoms I still think Dirty Candy and the Hollywood Ghost Club have great music. Dirty Candy and the Hollywood Ghost Club are talented and don't get enough love of how talented they are.

I can see Carrie and Reggie being good friends if Carrie could see the phantoms. We don't know what happen to Carrie's mom my guess is she left her when Carrie was young and Reggie's parents were about ready to get divorce. I can picture Carrie and Reggie bonding over the fact they come from broken families and both their parents don't love each other anymore. Carinald/Cargie Friendship should happen in season 2 along with Alex and Carrie becoming good friends.
