in high school, sidney would be by your side as much as she could bc she knows school spikes your anxiety.

there has been multiple times that she’s had to help you calm down from a panic attack in the school bathroom.

she’s always super sweet and understanding because she has a little anxiety herself, but not to your extent.

sidney always keeps you on top of your work in both high school and college bc she knows it’ll cause panic if you push it off.

older sid always lets you play with the rings on her fingers when you’re nervous in public.

or if your feeling extra anxious about something while at home, she’ll lay down with you and have you listen to her heartbeat to calm down :(

if you’re apart she’ll always send you texts throughout the day to get through it like “you got this. i love you.” or “deep breaths. you can do this, my love.”

she always somehow knows what to say to calm you down.

she’ll even try different methods with you to snap you out of that headspace like splashing cold water or trying different breathing methods.
