Not exactly a bangel person, and I just don't 'get' romance.

But for your platonic bangel I once wrote a S2 fic where Angel eats a rat and consumes rat poison. Like he wasn't in danger but like rat poison works because rats can't throw up (and vampires can't either in my opinion) So Angel is sick and Buffy takes care of him.

She doesn't exactly know how, but she remember one time she drank cleaning fluid and her mom made her throw up.

So Buffy tries to make Angel vom but he can't...because vampire. Slayer punches to Angel's sweaty stomach mostly.

(Also Giles trying to document the potentially first time a vampir upchucks)

Anyways I ended up taking the fic down because most of the comments were Spike hating (he wasn't in the fic) and insisting he would never take care of a sick person (a lie because look at Spike & Drusilla). I was so mad that the interaction wasn't about the fic I wrote.
