practicing this thing called self-love this year. i haven’t been loving myself. if i can’t love myself, how am i supposed to love someone else. so far, into the year, i’ve found myself getting back into some old “good” habits. i wake up two to three hours before work, i have my morning tea or warm water with lemon, i listen to a podcast, (Alex Elle and Gary Vee has really been putting things in perspective for me, again) and i also started a prayer journal. haven’t started my yoga back yet, but i plan to soon. so i am slowly making my way back. i’ve been feeling a lot better about who i am, what i’m doing, and where i know i’m supposed to be. everything is in God’s timing. he is in control which i am always, always being reminded of, *sighs... 🌸💕💕 anyways, true story, even as a “skinny” person back in the day, i’ve never felt too comfortable showing a lot of skin. so this is new to me. i’m going to make 2019 all about embracing who i truly am, loving myself unapologetically and not giving a fuck what anyone says. this year is all about me.

I’ve had somewhat of a fulfilling week. Cheers to the weekend though. The week coming is going to be even greater 🌸💕
