“I did, I just didn’t expect- I mean, yes. I did, but…” Keegan spoke, trying to insert a word in here and there as Janos babbled. But it all seemed to just go over his head. “Janos… dude, you need to-” calm down Keegan tried to finish the statement but it died as Janos grabbed his face for the second time. Their eyes met for the briefest moment before he was being kissed a second time, and a soft sound escaped him before he returned it, eyes falling shut.

The sound of something thumping in the other room made Keegan glance up just as the door was thrown open, making even a louder sound as it collided with the wall. “Woah- what the…” He trailed off as Janos yelled, and his eyes widened. “What are you… Janos, what the hell is wrong with you?” His gaze tracked Janos as he paced, moving across the room. “Dude, you’re gonna wear a hole in my carpet. What the hell-” His words cut off when the other grabbed his face, and his eyes widened when their lips met in a hard kiss. When it finally broke, he cleared his throat and blinked. “Wh-…what was… that?”

“How can you be sure?” Jax challenged then cleared his throat before he took a slow sip from his drink. He savored the taste of the liquor and moved to sit down on the couch, legs crossed and one arm thrown over the back of it. “If you never say anything, you’ll never know.”

That garnered Jax interest and he glanced up, looking at Janos from beneath his brow. “Oh? Those are always… complicated relationships. Do you know what your best friend may feel for you?”
