I love fasting but I hate being hangry :/ especially to the people I love.

I was TERRIFIED to weigh today because I left my scale at home thank GOD it was only a pound more. And after eating a small meal. I drank the past few days 😬

20-22 hrs is becoming easier ⭐️✨

I see the way bigger people eat and I swear to myself I will never follow those patterns

I’m not skinny enough for them to be concerned. It’s only pushing me more

I do this weird thing where I get all the food that I want and heat it up then I eat some and c&s some, don’t know the calories at that point, I’m wasting food, and I feel fatter than fvck after, even worse I can’t fvcking prg anymore. I just tried and it seems like my body just doesn’t want to

Woke up actually kinda hungry today. Then I seen my ribs and it made me not wanna eat :/

21” waist today, still got a ways to go :/
