Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Non-IT Recruiter to join our team in Thane, Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have experience recruiting across diverse verticals and industries, demonstrating excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to talent acquisition with good number of joiners per month.

Key Responsibilities:

Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for various non-IT positions across different industries.

Conduct interviews and coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements.

Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future openings.

Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including posting job advertisements, screening resumes, and conducting interviews.

Maintain effective communication with candidates and clients throughout the recruitment cycle.

Achieve recruitment targets and closures within stipulated timelines.

Keep abreast of industry trends and market conditions affecting hiring practices.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records and reports.
