Into the woods we go to live a simple life.

[1] We get old and get use to each other.

We think alike.

We read each others minds.

We know what the other wants without asking.

Sometimes we irritate each other a little bit.

Maybe sometimes take each other for granted.

But once in awhile,

Like today

I meditate on it and realize how lucky I am to share my life with the greatest woman I ever met. 

You still fascinate and inspire me.

You influence me for the better.

you’re the object of my desire

the #1 Earthly reason for my existence.

[2] The moment you fall in love feels like it has centuries behind it

all of them rearranging themselves so this precise 

remarkable intersection could happen.

in your heart

in your bones

no matter how silly you know it is

you feel that everything has been leading to this

all the secret arrows were pointing here, the universe and time itself crafted this long ago

and you are just now realizing it 

you are just now arriving at the place you were always meant to be.
