It’s time for electronic music. More than 7 hours of remixes of the track Tether by Plaid.

This is a NATO and US military policy, adopted in the 1960s under Kennedy. Reading the document induced cold shivers on me. It provides good insight into cold war thinking, which included the consideration to deliberately escalate a conflict to an all-out nuclear war.
