doing replies and sending out a couple starters today bc i can’t hold on to them forever.
i’m also pressing pause on the spreadsheet bc i need to work out some things in it. Right now, it’s big enough. If you don’t get a starter from it here or on discord OR if we aren’t plotting from it, I won’t be adding to it until I finish what I have. So temporary pause on that.
Might have to get Rocki a fruit basket for everything she’s putting up with from me the last couple of days.
I will say for the most part, she’s okay with most of the kids on it. I feel bad for maisie, but-
I’m also going to say that I do tend to have to ask about a lot of things depending on the age you want to have this step sibling at, and I tend to ask the people this account is heavily associated with.
we found, It’s easier for her to handle Barb having a kid FIRST not because of MY attachment, but because that is her primary parent. She spends MOST of her schedule with her mom, and I am trying to pair step kids with a different sibling from Barb to avoid worst case scenarios. She goes to school from her Mom’s house, stays weekdays, etc in a divorce scenario.
it isn’t her liking a parent better, it’s just how it came down. So, she will be more involved with a Barb sibling than she would with another child, and I can’t control how custody was worked out 🤷♀️. BUT it also means cooper’s kids don’t deal with the full blowout of a new baby like Barb has to. It’s bad for Barb and good for cooper.
if you want to write the worst case scenario, I’m down, but without a buffer child, she is just not tolerant to any siblings from anyone. She will ruin a family relation over it, and refuse to see or speak to the parent in question. I’ve tried and tested the theory with multiple people.
I also said cooper was a girl dad, but if @armageddonpitchman and @vaulttecexec could get it together, I think Theodore John Howard would be a GREAT EDITION. And we should HAVE THAT.
