I’m a biologist and frequently am by myself in remote locations. This occurred when I was 26 and somewhere between green and seasoned. I was surveying wetlands in a remote area of the Appalachians in an area dominated by thick pine forests.

The date was going so well it was almost scary. I never pictured myself in such a position, sitting in a beautiful man’s apartment after a fantastic first date. After my previous boyfriend broke up with me over a year ago, I was too reluctant to go back into the dating game until now. I assumed that my time as an eligible bachelorette was over. Since the former man of my dreams ended things so abruptly, who would ever want me again?

A tree is growing from the 3rd floor window. I wonder what’s inside this building.

Theory time!

The top image is the map of all gem structures on earth. The lower picture is the globe as it looks in the simulation Peridot showed. This simulation shows what was going to happen to earth if the Rebellion hadn’t happened.

I don’t know if this is an animation error and I’m over-analyzing this, but the big hole where Russia is supposed to be isn’t in the simulation.

If the top picture has an updated map of earth (which we can assume it has, since it can find the Cluster’s current position), then that top picture is what SU’s earth looks like right now.

If the lower one is a pre-made similuation, used back in the day for planning the colony… Then that means that the big empty space in Russia came after or during the Rebellion.

I thought I told you not to come back, Steven.

Steven Universe returns next week. I wanted to draw Malachite at least once in my life before she’s unfused (and as much as I love her design, I need that to happen immediately).
