This aint pretty, but I'm still here doing it.

 I see binge thrown around in posts and it’s not always defined correctly.  Here’s the DSM-V definition of a binge:

“Binge eating episodes are associated with three (or more) of the following: - Eating much more rapidly than normal - Eating until uncomfortably full - Eating large amounts of food when not physically hungry - Eating alone because of being embarrassed by how much one is eating - Feeling disgusted with oneself, depressed, or very guilty after overeating”

I’ve seen people reblog the “Don’t eat for a day” monkey and I think it’s a bit too much. I know we are kinda twisted and sick here but we can do better than that. So here comes the Be kind & Stay safe penguin;
