We had a little picnic in front of the Eiffel Tower, simply passing the time while waiting for it to sparkle. But the night stretched on, and our tired, lazy-adult selves eventually gave up and went home before the lights began.

Maybe some moments are meant to be left unfinished just so we have a reason to come back. Paris, we’ll wait for your sparkle next time. ✨

"My transition lenses are confused and so am I"

On our way to a very serious mission of finding food before one of us gets hangry(hangrier)(me).

He said "let's just walk and look around and see" and 20 minutes deep still no food in sight. Apparently food places don't open early here.

My only role is looking cute in the passenger seat while he handles all the logistics :)

Cobblestone streets, canals that look like paintings, and weird things we say to each other while your hand in mine. We stopped for waffles because how could we not.

By day I was fine, so convincingly fine. 10/10 performance. No one suspects a thing. Not even me, some days.
