The Home of Jamzuli Bomb

Guess what friends? It’s that time of the year for another Jamzuli bomb! 

Initially, it was going to take place the last week of September, but it could not be done due to some sudden time constraints on my part. With that being said, let’s get to the details.

Since Halloween is around the corner, the theme of this bomb will be about cosplay/costumes. That is, you will dress Jaime and Lapis as your OTP or favorite characters from the following types of media:

Day 1: Anime

Day 2: Video Game 

Day 3: Movie 

Day 4: Cartoon 

Day 5: Book 

Day 6: Show 

Day 7: Comics

The bomb will take place from October 25-31. I will like and reblog all posts related to the event on this blog. So, don’t forgot to tag them with #jamzuli or #jamzulibomb

Now I don’t have a date set YET, but I do feel that due to COVID-19 and Steven Universe (Future) finished airing might leave enough room to make shipping art between Lapis and Jamie. 

Now bear in mind that since the show is over these are meant to be as “canon” as your imagination, so chances of them actually meeting aren’t very likely. Which in my opinion is a GOOD thing because now we no longer have to argue about which would be the canon ship. 

Also you don’t have to follow the descriptions to the letter, you can make them based on your interpretation. The descriptions are there to give you a small hint/example on the topic.

Entry 1: Friends - Jamie and Lapis talk about the good times with 

Entry 2: Laughter - Jamie, Lapis, and Peridot laugh at the Camp Pining Hearts Reboot 

Entry 3: Oops - Jamie talks to the wrong Lapis 

Entry 4: Aquarium - Jamie takes Lapis to an aquarium 

Entry 5: Art Lessons - Lapis teaches Jamie how to paint/draw

Entry 6: Letters - Lapis grew so attached to Jamie that she writes him a love letter

Now that Steven Universe Future is on an indefinite hiatus, I’d like to say I’m thinking of starting/hosting a three-part Jamzuli Bomb starting in February where people can submit shipping fanart featuring Lapis and Jamie in a Valentine’s setting all from Feb. 9th to Feb. 15th. 

Hopefully that would give you Jamzuliers (or “Jamzuleaguers” as I like to call you) plenty of time to prepare. And the best part is; it doesn’t have to end in just February. It can come back in two more parts of the year. 

Now I haven’t decided when those two parts would come out yet (maybe part two would be in Summer?), but there’s going to be a hiatus between each of those parts. 

Jamzuli Bomb 5: Part 1

February 9th; Sunday - Flowers: (Jamie and Lapis simultaneously look for flowers to prepare for Valentine’s Day but while Jamie is picking out actual flowers such as orchids/tulips/roses etc. Lapis looks for sea anemones because she thinks they’re “underwater flowers”, which is a common misconception) 

February 10th; Monday - Hospital: (Jamie was rushed to the hospital because he got stung by the anemones Lapis gave him, which Lapis heavily apologizes for… but Jamie forgives her. “It’s the thought that counts” as they say. And don’t worry, he’s going to be fine) 

February 11th; Tuesday - Jealousy: (Lapis sees Jamie chatting with “Nice” Lapis thinking he was two-timing her when in reality he was apologizing to “Nice” Lapis for the case of “Mistaken Identity”)

February 12th; Wednesday - Making up/Forgiveness: (Jamie fills Lapis in on what happened and Lapis forgives him because she felt she overreacted and should’ve expected that to happen since gems have multiple copies after all, so obviously she can’t stay mad at him)

February 13th; Thursday - Letters: (Lapis sneaks a love letter to Jamie since they’ve become such good friends overtime, and puts the letter under “Your Sacred admirer” but when he gets it; it was too wet for him to read because she used water to sneak it in, much to her dismay) 

February 14th; Friday - First Date: (Despite the blunder with the letter, Jamie asked Lapis out on a dinner date, which Lapis agrees to. This would be a good idea to optionally make this with two pics in one post instead of one [one for the “asking out” and one for the “dinner” [preferably an homage to Lady and the Tramp]. Nobody said there are rules against having more than one picture per post.) 

February 15th; Saturday - Protection: (On their way home they get ganged up by thugs who want to hit on Lapis, but Lapis is the one who saves the day)
