Portabela mushroom burger with homemade kraut on a pretzel bun and a side of Asian inspire homemade duck confit with sweet chili sauce.

First batch- and successful at that!- of Kimchee, old school Kimchee that is. No South American peppers in here... Unless you count the dash of chili flakes. ;) But no spice/heat! Tastes amazing and has great texture!!!! Woot!
