An example of this is how during the episode 'Battle Nexus New York' the word 'photo' on April's camera is in the colours that have been associated with Splinter & the Turtles but something else interesting about the Turtle's colours appearing is that the colours seem to be in the order that some people believe the Hamato Clan lost each other during Casey Junior's original timeline & this order of Raph, then Donnie, then Mikey & then finally Leo kind of seems to almost repeatedly show up throughout the series.

During the episode 'The Clothes Don't Make the Turtle' the stereo speaker keeps changing between the Turtles colours going from Raph's colour's, to Donnie's, to Mikey's to Leo's as it's colours changes.

And the order also appears again during the final episode 'Rise' when we see the Hamato Clan's Ninpo appear with Raph's Ninpo appearing before Donnie's, then Mikey's & then Leo's Ninpo appearing.
