In Gaur Gopal Das Youtube Video I found that there are two word that hold us back and encourage us to afraid to try something new, the words are What and If. What If is refer to our scary about uncertainties that contains our future. We often afraid to try and to conquer new challenge. The right is we must try and do them briefly, so we can know a new taste of experience and we got a new outlook through this challenge.

Kind of Old Transportation Mode

I have read today. Ive read a book Time Is More Valuable Than Money. In this part I read some explanation about all kind of old transportation that exist in Indonesia, they ara Delman, Becak, Bemo, Opelet, Bus Tingkat, Motor, etc. He has highlight through this book that we must be grateful for the technology that comes into our life. In the past age, we must spend 2 month to go to Makkah through ship and 13 hours to go to Bogor through Delman. And with some amazing technology we know that we just need 9 hours to go to Makkah and 2 hours to go to Bogor.

Practise Makes Progres

Today, I have showed some show that increase my confidence to convey my idea among audience. I did Khutbah Jumat in Munirah mosque and taught a teaching in Pondok Ranji nicely. As told by my father, for this case and another skill, to practise the skill of confidence to convey in front of public is must be honed as often as possible.

How Reading Enhances Our Ability To Become Marture

Today, I have read the book on the title Time Is More Valuable Than Money that wrote by Yoris Sebastian, and it enhanced my insight and enlarge my knowledge.

This book told about how the fact of traffic jump in downtown Jakarta especially can wasting our precious time. Traffic jump that we face it everyday makes anxious and stress to ourselves. In this book attached the story that talk about this, how person who her house far from his workspace make her trapped by traffic jump and this potentially affects an anxious to herself. And I know the taste of it, that happen when me and my friend going home from center Jakarta to Ciputat and the road fulfilled by much vehicle, we feel tired and exhausted about it.

And he talk about how our artificial technology now can alleviate our affairs. We just need to order the Grab car for accompany our journey all the way. This artificial intelligence, he said, must harnessed to alleviate our businesses especially in transportation field.

Think Like a Monk

Today, I have read some book in English. The first is Azka Corbuzier story and second is Think Like A Monk. The first one is a book that contains of such amazing story about Son Corbuzier story and wrote by English language, this book is thin and fulfilled by much picture that follower by narration from the writer. And the second one is a book wrote by Jay Shetty and told about how everyone of us need to make monk think as our mind

He says that we must learn something in this life to their expert. If we want to learn basket, we learn to Michael Jordan, if we want learn about innovation, learn to Elon Musk, and if we want learn to become wisely and mature to treat this life, we need learn to a Monk.

As proven by himself, a Monk is a calmest person in the world. After ensured by many researcher their brain have unique things that make them become wisely and calmly to treat this world that fulfilled by much distraction.

Therefore, as said by Jay, we all must learn to them to reaching best outlook and treatment toward our life.

This afternoon I heard that parent of my friend is die. Mr Rijal's father (Abdul Jamil bin Ismail Soemantri) has moved from duanya to akhirat. And this happened after the my friend gone to his house to visiting his father, when he get sick. And now he has died.

How to Become Like Finnish in Education Field

Tomorrow we have held a discussion among Diskusi Iseng group personnel and it was excited, according to me. We discussed about how Finland become a best country in education field and how its education system successfully inspired other countries to become like that. And finally we compared between Indonesia education system and Finland education system.

In the end we wrap up our discussion through acknowledging that our education country system never be like finland for some reason. Besides that our teacher now educated with old system and then the highest service in Finland, especially at free education and hospital that they hold them until now, that because their country taken high tax to its resident.

Indeed, behind high and better service there is high expense to encourage it.

Sticking A Habits Is Great Advice That I Hold Nowadays

Need to admit, especially to my self, me without sticking lasting habits is how am I?

Dalam istilah yang popular secara khusus di dunia barat, kebiasaan untuk menetap di atas kursi (duduk) melahirkan banyak sekali permasalahan kesehatan seperti hipertensi dan obesitas, yang pada gilirannya akan berpengaruh kepada kepanjangan umur.

Menghabiskan banyak waktu di ruang pekerjaan atau di rumah bukan hanya mampu mengurangi otot dan kebugaran pernafasan, akan tetapi jika mampu meningkatkan nafsu makan serta mampu membatasi dorongan untuk beraktivitas bersama orang. Menetap di kursi mampu memicu hipertensi, pola makan yang tidak seimbang, gangguan cardiovascular (jantung), osteoporosis, dan beberapa macam kanker.

Studi terbaru menunjukkan keterkaitan antara minimnya aktivitas dan ketahanan imun, yang akan memicu penuaan sel dan pada gilirannya akan menuakan seluruh organisme tubuh.

Sharpen Skill On English Through Reading English Book

As one Tumblrer says, "I believe that reading is the only way to fluency," one way that proven will improve our language and in order to enhance our vocabulary on it is through much reading english language. Therefore I make an effort to read an English book as much as possible. Now, the internet gives us a lot of opportunities to download english book on various field and on numerous title.

Rather than learning english by walking on some tips that wrote by Indonesian language, we better to read directly through english sources. Just like learn how to swim, we just only study on class, instead, we have to go to a pool or river or sea directly to feel how the water looks like.

And learn with a direct sources makes us mindfully and aware about what happen around us. Including on learning this one.

I Have To Continue Life Healthy

How I Treat My Self?

After I know that I must reduce my intake food, especially to reduce oil food, I make an effort to eat an oil food as little as possible. I hope through this treatment of illness that I got from uncontrolled my intake food can be healed and return to my condition as regularly.

This is important for me. Our body, as said by Greg McKeown in his book Essentialism, "Our body is our asset. Through it we can do anything that we want, and without it our life is fulfilled my miserable activities." Yes, our body is our home, which we live in every time and everywhen, imagine when it be broke, where we will stay to take cover from any storm that hit us?

By saying that I will to force my self to eat healthy as I can possible.

While Exercising Still Going, We Have To Do Some Big Accomplishment To Prove Our Extension

Alhamdulillah, until today, through some exercise that I went on it throughout the days I feel better than a couple months ago. I have accomplished my daily goals consistently. But, I often wonder that I must to have some extraordinary activities that prove my extension such as return to write on website, creating a book or writing articles on Jurnal. I am aware and awake about it but I didn't encouraged to do this.

Today, I feel a headache. Then I went to Kimia Farma for checking a blood pressure etc and I got the result that I must need to reduce the food that contain many oil and meat. I asked to doctor, am I claimed to take them as my friend for along way, and she is no, I just need to adjust my eat schedule and to add an exercise. I said ok and I will commit to my self, because this hit me largely, and I need to end up them as soon as possible.

Knowing our circumstances directly and quickly is important. From my visit to hospital I know how I am and depart from that I need to change my habit, especially to return from bad habits to good one.

About Parenting Detox Book

Today, I am grateful for my ability to learn parenting lesson through Parenting Detox book that wrote by Angga Setyawan. This book contains much of explanation about issue that have got viral nowadays. Wrote by short explanation, each title that presented here equipped by short explanation about issue, and then conveyed a risks that come from it and at the last of each part told a solution of issue that told about. And this so amazing.

I have read this book, part of it, exactly two tittles. The first one about how we as parents will not have to neglect our children's dream or ambition and and the second is how we will not have to promote our prestige's children excessively to others.

Neglecting Our Children's Ambition or Dream

We often heard that children say that they have a dream such as will be Pilot, Dokter, Etc. And, suddenly we laugh to them and assumed that their dream will not be regarded as seriously while we implan on our mind that their dream will be changed day by day. And we assumed it as regularly trait, but in the reality he has seriously impact to the children. And we must aware about them.

It's impacts are the children will assumed that to dream is not important, the children afraid to making a dream, the children assumed that they don't accept an encouragement from their children to pursue their dream, the children will be lazy to build a dream and the children will avoid their parents when they pursue their dream, because they knows that their parent don't support them.

Instead to laugh and underestimated their dream, the parents must appreciate their dream through giving to children an understanding about their dream and explained to them how their dreams are and what the stages that they will take to reach them.

We Shouldnt Put A Burden On Our Childerns Shoulder Through Give Him An OverCompliment

We often praise our childern in front of other parents, this is good if we did it portionally, but if over we like put on our children a burden that make them walk heavy. This because if we give them an overcompliment we concern that they feel over and supposed to be what we wish to them.

In this post, let me explain to you all about some hadiths that surprised me cause their lessons that contain these hadiths. And, as need to know, these hadith, attached by Imam al-Nawawi into bab Tawadhu' on his book Riyad al-Shalihin. And this described and interpreted of big main idea of bab.

وعن أَنسٍ رضي اللَّه عنه أَنَّ رسولَ اللَّه صَلّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وسَلَّم كان إِذَا أَكَلَ طَعَاماً لَعِقَ أَصابِعه الثلاثَ قال : وقال : « إِذَا سَقطَتْ لُقْمَةُ أَحَدِكُمْ ، فَلْيُمِطْ عَنْها الأَذى ، ولْيأْكُلْها ، وَلا يَدَعْها للشَّيْطَانِ » وَأَمَر أَنْ تُسْلَتَ القَصْعَةُ قالَ : « فَإِنَّكُمْ لا تدْرُونَ في أَيِّ طَعامِكُمُ البَركَةُ» رواه مسلم

From Anas ra., he said, "That Rasulullah Saw when he eat a food he lick his three fingers and said, "If one part of your food is falls, take it and avoid the bad one and then eat the rest of food. Dont leave it for Shaithan." and he command us to cleanse a plate as clean as possible. And additionally he said, "Because you don't know wich part of that's food that contain a blessness." (HR. Muslim)

Through this hadis we know that we as Muslim obligated to value and appreciate our food as best as possible. Rasulullah Saw had gave us an example namely licking his fingers and plate after he finished his eating. And, as taught to us, we commanded to followed him to appreciate and grateful for all enjoyment that Allah Swt has given to us through finishing our eating and leave it for shaithan, for instance.

وعن أَنسٍ رضي اللَّهُ عنه قال : كَانَتْ نَاقَةُ رَسُول اللَّه صَلّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وسَلَّم العَضْبَاءُ لاَ تُسبَقُ، أو لا تكَادُ تُسْبَقُ ، فَجَاءَ أَعْرابيٌّ عَلى قَعُودٍ لهُ ، فَسبقَها ، فَشَقَّ ذلك عَلى المُسْلمِينَ حَتَّى عَرفَهُ النبي صَلّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وسَلَّم فَقَالَ: «حَقٌّ عَلى اللَّهِ أَنْ لاَ يَرْتَفِعَ شَيء مِنَ الدُّنْيَا إِلاَّ وَضَعَهُ» رواهُ البخاري.

From Anas ra., he said, That Rasulullah Saw's camel, named by Al-Adhba', hasn't to raced. But one time there is one Arabic people comes on his riding race Rasulullah Saw's camel. Seeing this happens, all of companion are shocked, until they come to Arafah. Respond that, Rasulullah Saw said, "This Allah's will if he wants to humiliate a people who got a praise or compliment in this world." (HR. Bukhari)

Avoiding Boredom Untill we Get Ripale or Mature

We often to feel bored when do activities. And its normal. It's just part of my whole life. Our duty is how to make continue to keep going when we feel it. I'm self have planned to do an experiment through this habits untill I went to 28 ages, and it only 5 months soon.

Getting Mature or ripe means I have a steady style to keep the habits that I design work smoothly as I hope. However, through discipline that I watered everyday, alhamdulilah I have fulfilled my daily goals smoothly without any significant barriers across me. And I wish it will continue untill I ready to get reap what I have sow.

At Thursday, I have been watch Pengabdi Setan 2 : Communion with my friends at Cibel Mall in Cinere. The movie was started at 22.00 WIB and finished at 00.15 WIB. Above all, movie that we watched is a good and most amazing movie that I have ever watched.

I have watched Pengabdi Setan 2 as well as I watched this one. And, according to my value, this movie was good and excited. Why I decided to watch it? This just because I know who the producer behind this best movie is, namely Joko Anwar. Joko Anwar, as I know, was a renowned producer where has finished some best Indonesian movies such as Pengabdi Setan 1 and Gundala.

Being An Essentialist Through Prioritize Healthy Than Some Project

Generating money, however, is one of things that make us happy. Who doesn't need to reach a money? I bet that all of us so glad if talking about how money affects our wellfare.

But, above all, maintain a healthy is number one. As a person who try to be an eesentialist I choose to maintain a healthy than generating money. This happened yesterday, on Friday 05 Aug 2022. When that some offers come to me to show a show that generates much money. In the first time I nodded for them, but after realize that my circumstances is still suck I give this offers to others and I prioritize to just lying down on the bed to doing bed rest and keeping my body to get heal.

Yesterday, I have finished the Hello Habits book that wrote by Fumi Sasaki. In this last part I got lessons from him that build and maintain a habits is need long time and regarded as lasting work. Until when we must keep habits going? Forever. Until we die, until we dont do anything in this life, even when we got success we required to do this lastly.

We, if we do a habits regularly and consistently we will find that our daily decisions and actions are our habits. So, its doesn't surprising us when Ichiro, a best baseball player in Japan, says when he appreciated by people for his whole of accomplishment, "I Dont do anything."

Yaps, he just does what he must to do. His habits such as train to throw the ball 3 hours everyday makes his preparation when he will compete like regularly activities. He doesn't needs to do something amazing, because his daily is fulfilled by excellent activities.

IBF Story

Yesterday, I visited Islamic Book Fair, the annually agenda that held by IKAPI at JCC, Senayan. Through this agenda we can look, see and buy much of books that shown by many publisher that participate this agenda.

Eventually I bought two books in there namely al-Turats wa al-Tajdid that wrote by Ahmad al-Thayyeb and al-Fikr al-Diny wa Qadaya al-Ashr that wrote by Syaikh Mahmud Zaqzuq, both published by Muslim Council of Elders that linked by Al-Azhar institution.

Today, I have read Hello Habits book that write by Fumi Sasaki. In this part of reading I got lessons about how importance Taking Nap, how we do not wait the time for building habits and how we must to make a last habits purposely. Let we talk one by one.

The Importance of Taking Nap

Our body has inner voice which will tell to us directly if it needs something, whether rest or eat. So, taking a nap or get some rest for our body is one of them. When we have worked from morning to afternoon, our body will be tired and needs to rest so we must give it a rest. And as proven by many expert such as Winston Churcil, Albert EInstein, Etc, where they taking a nap regularly, it will be healthy and increased our energy.

Don't wait for shaping habit

Making new habit needs few time to stick it naturally and regularly. Some people says need 22 days, some says 60 days, etc, but the important thing as said by Fumio, while we build a new habits we do not wait it become naturally. Just keep it going and growing, let it shapes our daily and designs our environment as best as possible. Later, days by days we will know that fruit of this habits.

Make a habits purposely

Today, I'm so glad for my abilty to improve my self through reading some pages of book. Reading book, however, opens my own mind and shape my character to better result. Today, I got some lessons from them who has an experience to give an impact to world, as Indonesian people. In the book 25 Kisah Ilmuwan Indonesia yang Mendunia dan edited by Muhammad Asad, told some stories about Indonesian people who succeed to make impactful discovery to embody better world.

For every story that I've read, I jot down an advice from them. Here are things from them...

Deden Rukmana, an expert of Urban Planing, as Indonesian people : Don't feel as the best, thus you don't try to be the better than yesterday.

As heard his advice I remembered by what said By Steve Jobs in his one speech, "Stay hungry, Stay foolish." Indeed, we as humans often to feel satisfied to what we have reached. This ok as our self-reward. But, for better results, we are encouraged to work and create as much better as possible than yesterday. Being curious and unsatisfied are key to improve our self for better accomplishment, we must enhance our grades as maximal as possible, don't waste our precious time doing some unnecessary thing.

we must do hard work and smart work. While we are also obligated to take care of ourselves. Hihi.

Desi Irawati, chief of Ikatan Ilmuwan Indonesia International (1-4) said, "Dont be insecure to other people while you compete with others and shape your environment to support your goals."

we are living at age where competition spread widely in any field. Whether mastering a foreign language, be YouTuber, be a writer, etc. And all of this needs hard work to win the competition. Don't be insecure to other people, don't compare ourselves to others, we are same in according to opportunity. We live a global era where we have the same chance to be the best version of ourselves.

And, this is the important one, we need to shape the environment that encourages and supports us to able to reach our dream.

Etin Anwar, an Indonesian person who can teach foreigners in US, said, "Embrace your challenges and sharpen your soft skill as you can as possible"

Challenges or barriers across to our live inevitably, we forced to face it as suddenly as possible. Therefore, we must prepare to embrace a challenges that come inevitably while we must also sharpen and deepen a soft skill that we have. Soft skill is needed to enhance our grade in front of the world.

Prof. Nur Hadi, an Indonesian chemical expert in Japan, said, "Love Indonesia, wherever you are."

While he spent much of his time at Japan or Malaysia, he still love Indonesia as his main home. And he encourage us to become like that. We as Indonesian people, however, need to back home into our indigenous home, Indonesia.
