Isn’t it ironic? How we can’t even answer a simple question about ourselves & who we are? What I realized from the topic about our personality development is that I still have so many things that I don’t know about myself as a person. I am still in the process of finding who I am as an individual as well as discovering of what else I am capable of.  My core strengths are being detail-oriented & optimistic. I’m a bit of a perfectionist so I like things to happen the right way or my way & I always try to exude delight especially in hard times because I like making people smile. The qualities that I want to improve are my public speaking skills & interacting with people for that reason, I could be more comfortable with a crowd & I can express my thoughts freely.
