honestly people have the right to hate whatever the fuck they want and post about it whenever they want. im sorry your feelings get hurt if people don't like the things you like, im truly sympathetic because i am often the same way, but also its like... if you have the right to post whatever the hell you want, people also have the right to hate it. no, that doesn't give them the right to harass you about it but like... that's just the whole thing about freedom and speech, man. yeah it has to adhere to the terms of their platform of choice but people are allowed to have opinions and express them on their blogs. people can hate whatever ship or tropes or series or fic premise they want and you can't police them. "don't like, don't read" goes both ways man. if they aren't actually in your comments, or your reblogs, or your dms, or inbox, or any other form of private messages, actually making it your problem directly through harassment or unasked for criticism? then like... suck it up buttercup? there is no way to prevent someone from being a hater without compromising the right to post about whatever the hell you want. and you literally just gotta deal with it. block it and move on. srs.
