Sometimes I think about the "Heather wasn't a good strategist in tdi" and I'm like yes, but did we ever get to see a villain with a good strategy in Total drama?

Heather in tdi only relied on Lindsay dumbness and was just lucky in general

Justin in action thought his beauty was enough to get far in the game, but he wasn't smart enough to trick the girls

Alejandro used a similar strategy to Justin's but he used also his intelligence. The problem is that it looks more like the other characters were dumbed down in order to fall for his strategy, rather than him being a good strategist

Scott in roti wanted to make his team always loose to make the other team think it was stronger than it actually is. Cool strategy, but there was always the risk he could get voted out, because it was clear he was losing on purpose

In all stars... I guess Mal is the villain? He wasn't even interesting in the competition, and even he was his strategy was just... pretending to be Mike while breaking people's stuff? (For all stars I should make a dedicated post)

In Pahkitew we have Sugar that didn't have an actual strategy and Scarlett... she was supposed to be smart but a smart person wouldn't pair with Max. She wanted to take advantage of him but he was just an obstacles to her. Not to mention when she just became a muah ha ha villain and got immediately sent away

Idk about the ice dancers in rr... the format didn't have elimination ceremonies, so a strategy wasn't really needed (you just had to not arrive last)

In season 1 of the reboot Julia had a stupid strategy that was always winning the immunity. No alliances because she hated everyone. What kind of strategy is that? At least Heather teamed up with Lindsay and Beth

In season 2 of the reboot Caleb is basically Alejandro/Justin again. He relies on his beauty to trick Priya but after that? He just didn't but too much thought in it

At the end I think the villains never really have actually good strategies, some of them are just lucky
