Pen technically doesn’t need to steal and mostly does it for the love of the game at this point, and usually only keeps what he can get away with selling off to earn extra income to spoil his unsuspecting romantic partner!

Li is also sort of in it for the money, but mostly also the fame. Their crush, Stev, is a journalist who wants to become well known so they tend to spoil him with sneaky shots that give him that boost while trying to hide who they are from him!! Let’s hope he doesn’t snoop too much …

I considered also adding rival phantom thief HOAT (Logan) who sort of acts as an undercover with a deal with Sandrock City Civil corps
