::Rules::

Payment will be done in 2 parts: half up front, and the rest before receiving the final image, including additional payments for revisions.

I will only start on commission after the first payment goes through. 

I will only do 5 commissions/YCHs at a time.  The waiting list will hold up to 25 spots.  I will take in more jobs after the first group is done.

The same person can pay for multiple commissions at once, however each commission will take up one slot, and you are only allowed up to 3 commissions at a time.

Once the first payment comes through, sketching and laying down basic colors starts if requested, unless you are getting a sketch commission. 

You will be updated every time a new threshold has been reached, such as first sketch with colors, lines, additional features, and so on.  Also includes any revisions.

Revisions are mostly minor changes, such as different colors, body positions, accessories, expressions, and so on.  Major revisions, such as different characters and outfits, backgrounds, and so on, must either be an entirely new commission or a big up-charge of $10 or more depending on the revision and number of them.

I will revise the piece up to 3 times before adding an up-charge of $5 for additional revisions.

You will receive a watermarked piece as a second-to-last image, and once it is approved and the final payment comes through, you will receive a watermark free piece.  The final image will be emailed to you as a high resolution JPEG (or any format of your choosing).

Payments are all for 1 character unless stated otherwise.

If adding NSFW content, you must confirm that you are 18 or older.  If revealed to be false you will be blacklisted from future commissions.

It will take me between 1-5 days to complete a piece depending on detail, content, and your place in the queue.

Please be courteous and patient.  If you are rude either to others in the queue, the waiting list, or myself you will only receive 1 warning before you are blacklisted from future commissions.  This also applies to harassing me about finishing other commissions or your own.

I will only do half (50%) refunds.  No full (100%) refunds.

Returning clients who reblog this post and leave a positive comment about their experience will get a 10% discount on all future commissions.

NOTE: I recently came to 2 jobs - one is a short term job that ends at the end of May, and the other is a seasonal job that ends in September - and I’m applying for a 3rd full-time job.  This may result in delays in completing commissions depending on how busy I am and how many commissions and other projects I’m working on.  I will let you know if your commission(s) will be delayed.

 ::Active Queue and Waiting List::

There are 2 lists: the active queue and the waiting list.   The active queue consists of the commissions I’m currently working on.  Once the list is empty I will add people from the waiting list, and these are done in order from first in the queue to last.   The waiting list consists of people who are waiting their turn to get a commission.  They are moved from the waiting list to the active queue when their first payment goes through and after the queue has been emptied, their priority on the queue depending on when their first payment comes through (meaning that even though you are 5th on the waiting list, because your payment went through first you get top priority).  You will be kept on the waiting list indefinitely unless you ask to be removed or after you’ve been on it for too long without making the first payment (more than a few weeks).

Now I’m posting recent art.

Yes, I am known to multi task.  I have an old computer monitor stored away somewhere and I will eventually see if I can hook it up to increase my work space but I don’t have a place where I can do that right now (no open desk in my room anymore).

Rules and Conditions

I have the right to decline your commissions on the grounds that I am either uncomfortable with the request or my commissions queue is too full to take any more.  I will tell you the reason why so don’t get sad, scared or angry if I say no.

The more references provided, the faster I can finish the commission, so provide me with as many references as possible so I will not have to search for them myself.  You can even provide stock references if there is something in particular you want done.

If you want to give my art away to someone that is fine.  However, do NOT try to sell it for a higher or lower price, and do NOT try to claim it is your own art.  That is stealing and when I find out I will contact the proper authorities.

If you want multiple commissions go ahead, but I will only accept 3 separate commissions from the same person at a time, and each commission takes up one (1) slot on my list.  If you want more you will have to wait until next time.  Also, do NOTtry to get more commissions from me through another account, cuz when I find out I will NOT accept any more commissions from you.

If something has happened and you do not want the commission before it is done but you already paid the first 50%, you will be refunded half of that.  If you pay the commission in full and for some reason do not want it or you are not satisfied with it still you will be refunded half then as well.  There are no full 100% refunds.

If at any point I feel like I am being harassed by the commissioner or they are being rude to me I will cancel the commission and there will be no refund.  While this is also something I enjoy, this is my personal art business and I will treat it as such.

Do not message me every day to ask if I have started or finished your commission, as most of the time I will be finishing up someone else’s commission or I will be working on yours.  I will ignore these messages and if it persists then I will cancel the commission with no refund.  This technically counts as harassment

NSFW art is $10 extra and you must be over the age of 18 to buy it.

Send me a message through my email at [email protected] with the email titled “Tumblr Commission” so that it does not get lost in my inbox.  In the email tell me what kind of commission you want and how many you want done.  If you have any reference images attach them to the email.

1.     If I accept the commission I will start the sketch.  This takes me anywhere between 15 minutes to 1 hour, depending on the details and characters and your place on the list.  You will get it within the week.

2.     Once I finish the sketch I will send you an email with the sketch for your approval.  If anything needs to be changed just let me know and I will work on it until you approve of it.

3.     Once you approve the sketch the first 50% of the payment must be made before I can continue.  This part of the payment can be refunded for HALF of what you have paid me so far if something where to happen and you either do not want the commission or cannot pay the final price.  There are no full 100% refunds.

4.     Once I receive the first payment I will get started on the rest of the commission.  This part can take longer depending on the detail of the commission and what was requested of it.  This may take me anywhere between 1 hour or several days, depending on the commission and other circumstances.  I will keep you updated with how the process of the commission is going.

5.     Once the commission is done I will send you an email with an attached .jpg file of the final image with watermarks still attached.  Let me know if it looks good or needs any changes.  I want you to be absolutely happy with your commission before the final payment is made.  Once the final image is approved send me the remaining 50% of payment.

6.     Once the final payment has been made I will send you a high-res watermark-free .jpg image (digital) and the commission is now yours!
