He’s had this channel up for a while now and has been posting quality content regularly. Unfortunately it seems like the only people really watching his videos are people from a small community that we’re a part of. Dover Police DashCam Confessional (Shake it Off)

The Dover, Del. police department became an overnight sensation when this video, and the following post went up on the organization’s Facebook page: "While reviewing dashcam footage, we come across some interesting sights to say the least. The best part is when he momentarily stops his driver’s seat dance to wave calmly and professionally to someone else … and then goes right back to it.
