You wanna know why I watch animated comedies more regularly than live action comedies? If a joke ain't funny, it don't get animated.
Okay, sure. The cast, writers, all the players on the scene can all make efforts to force a joke they want into the cut. Some of the jokes definitely suck, too! Dont get me wrong here, folks.
Still, it beats the live action beat, where there's only "so much" to be done.
Oh, no more light? Wrap it up. Can't afford a second day? Guess we'll just use *this*.
Just two cents. The good animated comedies seem better than the good live action comedies. More thoughtful of every second on the screen. More consideration to the production process.
What do you think?
They say the first million is the hardest million to earn. After that, they say it gets easier. That it's smooth sailing to get rich and that the second million shows up pretty soon, and the tenth soon after.
Most people are good people. Many fantasize about having wealth and certainly having fun with it. But those thoughts are usually just a breath away from being philanthropic.
Buying a house for their parents. Tipping a waiter their loan debt. Feeding the homeless. As I said, most people are good.
But money is evil.
Historically, entrepreneurs build a business to give people what they want, and they intend to serve their community. To enrich the lives of their neighbors. They work tirelessly to create their dream and ideal lifestyle.
That first million is attained by hiring friends, saving money on a shoddy website, handwriting signs and flyers.
The second million? Automating the process. Outsourcing and buying cheaper resources. Franchising the soul.
The richest don't become the richest with goodness of the heart. They only give to others for tax purposes. Their parents are offended that their gifted house is surrounded by a neighborhood.
Hail the almighty dollar.
A friendly reminder to everyone that everything is flammable.
There's nothing quite as uncomfortable as a heterosexual man trying to attract a partner by claiming to be a "nice guy".
"Hey, you're cute."
"Oh...erm...thanks?"
"Wanna hang out?"
"No, thank you."
"Aw, c'mon. I'm a nice gu-"
"NO. NO, YOU'RE FUCKING NOT! A NICE GUY SAYS OKAY AND MOVES ON! BACK UP OR CATCH THIS TASER TO THE NECK I BOUGHT WITH YOU IN MIND!"
"WHy DoN't wOmEn liKE niCe gUys 😩😩😩"

Capitalism needs to be amended to have a prestige system in place.
Oh, you made $1 Billion? Okay, you now have $1 Million and that remaining $999 Million will be redistributed and added to your country's infrastructure. Every time you hit a billion, you can have another million after hitting the prestige, i.e. the second billion you make leaves you with $2 million and $998 Million is reinvested into your country. Obviously, the cap is at $999 million keep / $1 Million to infrastructure, though that number isn't very feasible to attain.
This would curb that late stage capitalism decline into dystopia and you'd see less private, rich people garbage, like super-yachts and mega-casinos. A secondary consequence? Those with massive accumulations of wealth would be far more deserving than those who currently grin at the top since, let's face it, a majority of the super rich are just bona-fide grifters.
Granted, this would do nothing against those who hide their wealth in stocks and personal investments, so it may be easier to just eat the rich.

Spiritual people can be cool, and religious people can cool too. But religious, spiritual people exist and can be at total odds with themselves at times because they’ll say stuff like:
Sometimes, you need to stand in the grass barefoot. It's called grounding and as you find your center, breathing calmly with closed eyes, as still as a mountain, an unseen reaper will be condemning your enemies to hell before their final heartbeat offends God in heaven one more time.
...that's a bit strange, ya?

I got this life thing figured out.
Ya just gotta be in agony about stuff both in your own life and the world around ya for a while. Once that's done, ya figure out a way to make a profit about it (making a relateable expression in art or exploiting someone or something, ya know?) and then you can cry about it more comfortably until you're numb to feeling feelings. Then, ya get serotonin from buying new shiny thingsâ„¢ until ya die.
Memes help.
Welcome to my first post you fuggin so-and-so's.
