The last 6 years have been challenging both between personal experiences as well as professional growth in my career. Moving around over the years post my divorce, I finally was able end 2025 on a high note, closing on house and commencing new beginnings.
Not my first property but I must say that there is a sense of accomplishment and establishment to say that you are able to purchase a property on your own especially in today’s economical climate.
Moved around for years from apartment to apartment out of convenience and everyone’s scenario for such is different right, but for me, it was time to move onto bigger agendas.
I share my success in part to also inspire success, I want everyone in my circles and abroad to win and have their own victories.
We all go through our shit, some of us stumble and fall hard but it’s about how we deal with it, how we stand up and address shit that defines us and propels us forward.
Map out your short and long term goals and get to it, knock it out this year, make progress! Don’t stay stuck, one foot forward is further than one foot backwards… no matter how long it takes you - progress is progress.
Lastly… all this is easier said than done but easy is far and few in between…. Don’t let anyone keep you from winning, don’t be afraid to say “No”, it’s okay to be selfish when it comes to moving forward in life - you have to especially for those of you who have children or other dependents.
