Ragatha!!

What I find most interesting about drawing Ragatha without a mouth is precisely that it reinforces the idea that she “has no right to speak”—something I often apply to the complicated relationship she has with her own mother.

I love how Ragatha’s design, as a doll, fits so well into the family dynamic that’s presented. As if she were a daughter who serves as a doll for her mother… just a toy on which to vent anger and mold however she pleases.

It’s something so well-constructed in the series that I end up identifying quite a bit with that frustrating side of hers.

It’s hard to try to please others when you can’t even please yourself. Maybe that’s why Ragatha comes across as so anxious, always overthinking and carrying this incessant need to please those around her. Afraid of being hated.

I wanted to try out different outfits on her. All green ones, because I think it suits her really well.

It’s interesting to see how much of the fandom agrees with this theory that Jax is trans. I can’t remember the last time so many people shared a ""headcanon"" as strongly as this one, lol

An old drawing I made for an alternate universe of my OC! His name is Pyume, and in this universe he is a sinful monk who gets involved with an Incubus (Aioli). I plan to post more drawings of him. Including the old ones!!
