Freedom of Speech

Sorry for not updating this blog with new poems, but I have written some but I am not ready to publish anything yet...

It’s just that I have been busy with school, since I am taking up my 4th year of dental school, it’s taken quite a toll on my free time (or social life  (like I have one tbh))

So... for today I just decided to write about stuff other than poetry, tidbits of my life as of now, you don’t have to go through this if you don’t want to 😊

To be honest, I am really enjoying learning about my subjects this semester, like REALLY, TRULY enjoying it.

I am getting more curious about certain things (NERD ALERT) that is going on inside the human body. More specifically about Pathology and Pharmacology, I think those are my favorites (maybe I should’ve taken Medicine instead, no?)

I am also LOVING our Prosthodontics subject not just because I get along very well with my current professor, who has been my professor for the THIRD time but for two other different subjects, but because I just love and enjoy doing it.

Restorative Dentistry, however, is a different story. I find it absolutely challenging, and I don’t know what to do. It’s extremely frustrating. When you’ve read the books and the necessary information needed to do it, but somehow you just end up screwing it up over and over and over again (like 6+ times). I am actually terrified of how I’ll do for the prelims.

For Oral Physiology and Roentgenology, I am a bit so-so. Honestly because I don’t find it interesting. Don’t get me wrong, the professors are top notch... but the subjects are just a little uninteresting to me.
