Yuugenmagan is one of the first creation Shinki made, or maybe the first one ever, so her body isn't really complete,the evil eyes she has are the actual body while the hologram they create is like the body that they collectively posses, and it's supposed to be like an actual body, so I think the other creations of Shinki are also like this except they work perfectly and the evil eyes are hidden by an illusion.

When Alice explodes her dolls for a spell card the remains all get stitched back together using magic in about a minute, both for the sake of recycling and also because I think those spells kinda ruin my medicine and Alice friendship headcanons.
