Yeah…the 90s were a blast!  But, yeah…not getting any younger….

I knew I was old when I heard Mariah Carey being played on an oldies station.

You are drowning yourself by overthinking everything. The next time you find yourself overthinking or beating yourself over something, picture something simple and put no thought into it. Look at the trees moving in the wind or take a moment to look at how beautiful this world is. This world is too beautiful for you to waste your time in unecessary thoughts that are just drowning you.

Whatever it is you're hoping for, I hope you get it. I hope you get that text from someone that makes your heart flutter. I hope you hear back from that job that could change your life. I hope you get those grades you've been working so hard for. I believe in you. Remember that sometimes, the things we want take time to reach us, but they always reach us in the end.

I don’t know who needs to hear this but you’re neither lazy nor useless, fatigue is a symptom of your illness(es) and it’s completely reasonable that a fatigued person would struggle with the things you’re struggling with
