I’ve translated the article and photo captions from these two scans (which I originally saw at fruitridernews‘s post here). The first and last paragraph of the article are just information about the release dates and new lockseeds which have already been made known elsewhere, so I’ve omitted them from the translation and focused on the story information. The captions are numbered to match the screenshots above. Enjoy!
The main character of Kamen Rider Duke will be, of course, Sengoku Ryoma, and the story will center around an internal incident that takes place during the development of the next-generation Genesis Driver belts. A suicide bombing is committed by an Yggdrasill employee using a mysterious lockseed. And at the root of this incident is a cult known as “Black Linden”… The episode will also tell the stories of Ryoma’s first encounters with the members of the Genesis Team - a must-watch for fans of the series. It’s going to be loaded with highlights, such as the interactions between Ryoma, with his shadowy existence at Yggdrasill, and Takatora, who displays an understanding of Ryoma’s research.
Kamen Rider Knuckle, with Zack as its central character, will be a “what happens next” story for Team Baron. Two years have passed since the great battle at the end of the series, and the former Armored Riders have all started moving down their own paths. Zack goes to New York in pursuit of his dreams as a dancer, but back in Japan, a group calling themselves “Neo Baron” is already at work in the shadows. They’re a gang running an underground fighting ring with gambling on the matches, and using the money they collect from the bets to expand their influence as a gang. And the one at the head of the gang is a man named Shura, who has a history with Team Baron… With “strength” and “weakness” as its central themes, this episode will bring out the heart-piercing drama of the struggles and anguish Team Baron faces in a world without Kaito.

4. "Kaito, watch over me…“ Zack’s anger explodes against the cruel Neo Baron! Zack will keep fighting, both for the sake of Kaito’s pride and to confront the weakness in his own heart.
5. Shura was once a Beat Rider who danced together with Zack and Peco. But when Kaito took over the team, Shura was kicked out. What happened between them? Shura creates Neo Baron, claiming he’ll carry on Kaito’s will and create a world where only the strong survive…
6. Many of the former Armored Riders will make appearances in the film. Oren shows up at the underground fighting ring run by Neo Baron, and his skills are reliable as ever. Meanwhile, it seems his apprentice (of sorts) Jounouchi has improved his skills enough to win a dessert competition. One of the highlights of the episode will be the portrayals of how the supporting characters have grown.
7. In response to Team Baron’s crisis, Mitsuzane throws a lifeline to Zack. The trunk he’s holding has a Sengoku Driver and a Walnut Lockseed, as well as the Maron Energy Lockseed!
8. While the main story takes place two years after the series, there will also be scenes of past events at every turn. Kaito, whose personality is the same as ever, will appear in the memories about the founding of Team Baron.
