Poison Ivy

Since you’re the only one around I can actually spoil, I thought you’d like to have something nice for Valentine’s day. If you don’t like the bracelet, then, well, you can always exchange it for something you feel might suit your taste better. I promise I won’t be upset.

“Shot. I guess I do. I guess I’ll stick to selling my own sex tapes,” Marian joked. She did have a few she had made but those were locked in a safe in her office. “You are such a nice daughter. Thinking of your father like that? He is lucky to have a daughter like you.” Partying and sleeping around were mild things compared to having a sex tape. That was one thing a person shouldn’t have unless they were willing to deal with the consequences.

“I don’t think it’s necessarily me being nice but rather me sparing his sanity.” Ivy admitted whilst shrugging her shoulders. It was weird talking about these things let alone with someone elder than her but she knew it was safe with Marian. “And besides, a sex tape of your daughter? Now, that is something no man should watch. If such a thing existed I’d hate for it to accidentally fall into his hands which is why it’s better not existing.”

Having reached the town and having parked, they both got out of the car. “I don’t know about the club itself, but the music sounds good.” Sasha noted as they swayed to the distant rhythm as they walked towards the entrance of the disco.

“It sure does.” Ivy laughed as she wrapped an arm around her friends waist and pulled them in towards her side as they walked up to the club and she herself began swaying her hips to the music. “Even if the clubs trash I’m sure we can make it fun. After all, I’ve got you tonight to celebrate with.” She smirked.

Jerry: Thank you so much for the birthday present, cous! I love it! You and your parents coming over tonight? It's really not gonna be a big deal. Just... Ya know... Dinner...

Ivy: Duh, of course we are! We can't let you spend your birthday playing games all day and not doing something to celebrate!

“Damn. I’m guessing you don’t have a sew tape either then? And here I was going to offer you thousands if you allowed me to sell it at the gift shop at the brothel,” Marian kidded. “True. Your father is a nice man. I would hate for him to have a heart-attack because his beloved daughter was doing porn.”

“Unfortunately not so it looks like you’re out of luck. Guess you’re going to have to find some other means of making money.” The younger girl stated with a laugh. “Exactly. Besides, I know I like to do crazy things and have a bit of fun but something like that could ruin his career and I’d hate for that to be the reason.” She told Marian despite the fact that she knew some of her other antics could do the same but for the most part she managed to keep most of that under wraps.

“Somewhat,” he mentioned. There were still a number of things he didn’t have the slightest clue how to do or what to make of them, but that was an entirely different story. “How old are you right now?” he found himself asking, looking at her as he wondered what could possibly be the answer for it. “When I first heard about it my reaction was along the lines of: no way!”

“Sweetheart-- has no one ever told you not to ask a lady what her age is?” Ivy joked teasingly before she shook her head. “Recently just turned 21 but I mean, if I can barely look after myself I don’t think I’d be able to keep another little rascal alive.” She explained knowing she wasn’t exactly the most responsible person at times.

“Have you ever considered that maybe I’m exactly where I wanted to be?” he countered. Truth was: Jerry was rather comfortable with the sort of life he was currently living, so, why mess with that?

“Nope.” Ivy replied with a swift shake of her head. “I mean-- I have no idea why you would be happy with living like that but nonetheless, it’s your decision. If that’s what makes you happy.” She stated knowing that sounded bitchy but alas, her attitude was probably nothing that her cousin wasn’t use to dealing with.

“My clients aren’t too creepy. I try doing background checks on the regulars and if someone gets out of hand they’re kicked out and banned,” She explained. “You seem wild enough to do a porno one day.”

“God no.” Ivy replied with a shake of her head. “I like to have fun and do some wild and crazy things but a porno leaves evidence and well, I like to cover my tracks.” She mentioned. “Besides, if daddy ever saw that he’d have a heart-attack and the last thing I want to do is kill him.”

“I think I might be a little more like the stereotype thirty year-old who bought their parents’ house while deciding to still live in their basement,” Jerry countered. He knew it wasn’t the best analogy, all things considered, but, that seemed rather unimportant at the moment.

“You’re saying that as if you’re actually doing something to break that stereotypical mold.” Ivy commented with an eye roll.

“Pretty much,” he admitted, nodding a couple of times. “Her mother pretty much told me that either I got my life together or I wouldn’t be able to see her anymore,” Luca explained. “She’s the most precious thing in my life, I couldn’t bear the thought of not having her in it,” he shook his head.

“Well at least you have your priorities sorted.” Ivy replied though she managed to keep a straight face and mask her cringe as he began to get soppy and all sentimental. “Oh well, kudos to you. I could never imagine having a tiny little monster running around my place at this age.” She commented briskly taking a sip of her drink.

“I can both keep an eye on the road and on you, princess.” Sasha said seriously as they turned their gaze back to the road and then nodded. “That does sound good. Didn’t know there were enough young people there for a club, but hey.”

“It’s new but if it’s shit and the parties dead we can crash it and head to the next city. Besides, we’ve got all night if you’re down?”

“True. The type of movie that you would end up making definitely wouldn’t be a romance nor would it be family friendly either,” Marian teased. “I’m sure my clients would love it. You could have the movie premiere at the brothel if you’d like.”

“If you’re hinting at a porno I think even I’d have to pass on that idea.” Ivy joked with a laugh. “I know I’m wild but a few of your clients are....well...creeps. No offense to them though.”

“I’d rather it’s me the one biting, but hey, I wouldn’t complain too much.” Sasha spoke and their Russian accent began leaking too much between words as they chatted with a flirtous tone and their eyes twinkled, flying at the brunette beside them ever so often.

“I’m sure you wouldn’t.” Ivy replied mimicking the other person’s tone as she brushed her hair out of her face. “Though, I’ve known you to be one to complain much over anything.”
