"Alright," he said, noticing Steve's uneasiness. "The first thing you want to do is sit down with your legs crossed, your spine straight, and shoulders down." He demonstrated the proper position, then gestured for Steve to sit as well.

He sat looking uncomfortable as he tried to sit as instructed but looking stiff in the position. "Like this?" He looked to him, gesturing at all of himself. He blushed looking down and being all too aware that he looked ridiculous trying to be comfortable in this position.

"Relax your spine a bit more," Bruce advised, his voice low and mellow. "You want to find that perfect balance between relaxed and military attention. It can be hard at first, but I know you can get it."

For a man as prone to reacting poorly to surprises as Bruce, the man tends to get lost in thought far too often. Such is the case when the young man suddenly appears. Bruce jumps in shock, nearly spilling his cup of tea. "Jeez, kid," he says after he's sure the other guy isn't going to make a surprise appearance,. "Don't sneak up on me like that." When Peter mentions his project, Bruce's interest is definitely piqued. "What sort of project is it?"

"I mean, you got me there," Bruce agreed. "Ross has hated me since long before I became the Hulk, and I never really liked him all that much. But when I think about how many people might still be alive if I had been sitting on the fence...it's hard to say after the fact. Let's just hope I never have to make that choice, okay?"

"Well, I still am in the belief that we shouldn't ever have to make the choice about when or who tells us to deploy. We have been working this long as a group, we know when to help others and when to step aside..."

"Okay, fair enough. Anyway, you were asking about ways to control your temper around Tony? I can teach you some meditation that's helped me before."
