I have an exhibition in Stockholm in a week. Here is some info in Swedish: I utställningen Någonting helt annat visar två av Momangens medlemmar, Ivar Martinsson och Sanna-Lisa Gesang-Gottowt, sina verk. Båda inspireras av samhällsfrågor, färg, form och orättvisor. Ivar är grafisk formgivare, illustratör och konstnär, utbildad på University of Brighton i England. I utställningen visar han kollage som kan beskrivas som surrealistiska miljöer, figurer och händelser med ett formspråk med influenser från bland annat rysk konstruktivism. Han har tidigare aldrig ställt ut sina kollage men de har varit en del av hans konstnärliga praktik i ca 10 år. Sanna-Lisa är konstnär och curator med en BFA från Marylhurst University i Portland, USA. Hon arbetar med måleri, skulptur, installationer och fotografi. Verken i utställningen handlar om frustrationer, om knytna nävar i fickor och maktlöshet. Veken kan beskrivas som minimalistiska experiment i färg och form med politiska undertoner. Välkommen på vernissage den 29 augusti kl 17 – 22 på Galleri Momangen på Kocksgatan 23. Utställnigen hänger dessutom lördag 30 - söndag 31 augusti kl 12 – 16. www.momangen.se Facebook: Momangen
