Writer: No, like, from which country. Artist: (Sigh.) Artist: First of all, you want me to assign them a nationality based on stereotypes, but there's no such thing as character A would be B because X Y Z. Latinoamerica is a normal place with normal people. Every country has different kinds of people, normal people, weird people, noisy people, party people, shy people, kind people, selfish people, just like Canada or the US or Europe. Second of all, Igsi would be Argentinean, obviously, don't know why you're even asking.
