imagine thoma having to brave through the worst tummy ache of his life post feeding from ayato.

bi-weekly ayato conjures up the nastiest dishes able to be created by man, all for his sweet chief retainer, thoma. dishes full of crunchy bits of overcooked food caked in ash and tasting of bitterness, and the undercooked mushy bits of raw sludge mixed together in a mixture of nausea inducing food all for poor thoma to reluctantly eat.

thoma’s simply working on cleaning the estate when ayato sits him down with a sweet smile hiding his sadistic plans and introduces his awful concoction. thoma nervously tries to decline the meal, knowing how these impromptu feeding sessions usually went and ultimately had to give up at ayato expecting gaze. ayato slowly feeds him spoonfuls of the mixture of inedible sludge and paces him slowly for the sole purpose of drawing out the pain and torture affecting thoma’s stomach. meanwhile ayato just whispers in thoma’s ear to keep still and to continue being a good boy, unless he wanted awful consequences.

the horrid food mixed together just creates hell for thoma’s belly. thoma is so bloated and sick from all the disgusting food ayato stuffed in him that all he can do is rub at his painfully large tummy and hope to rub out the sore spots. the food brushing against his stomach walls creating a nauseating full-body effect and strained gurgles and groans emit deep within his belly and intestines as his body struggles to disgest the mass of food paining his belly.

his guts were full of freshly brewed gas from the meal but was stuck and could not be expelled, only adding to his fullness and discomfort. all that he could do was knead into his belly like it was dough, and urge out small shallow burps that threatened to spill over into something more.

he leaves however, despite his obvious discomfort if hands that would claw at his belly when a especially loud gurgle or whine emitted from within the organ. you decided to leave him however, to save him the embarrassment and lost pride.

it’s only until you cave in, and worriedly look for xiao when he returns late. you find him curled into a small ball under a large tree that hid him away from prying eyes. you’d rush to his side and immediately start asking questions and whispering small assurances into his ear.

it’s only until his stomach talks for him by letting a voice-deafening growl from deep within his belly, as he lets out a sharp cry, curling in further. he continued to claw away at the bloated orb, only leaving bright angry marks. you tutted in worry and pry away his hands for full access to the organ. it was was bloated and look painfully round.

they’re desperately digging their fingers into their stomach hoping it’ll move it along as they moan in pain. gas cramps roll through their tummy. they sprawl their palm over their gurgling gut, and shove down hard but it does nothing to aid.

it makes him super gassy and bloated and all that comes out of him is small hiccups threatening to spill over into something more threatening..

he whines and claws at his belly, unsure of the unusual but painful sensation that the gas fizzing in him that’s bloating up his guts is. it’s only until somebody else stumbles upon him and worryingly offers assistance.

it wouldn’t be hard to tell what was going on with him with the loud whirring of his belly and the small whines and gurgles brewing in his intestines. his sharp nails would leave deep marks that would threaten to burst him as if he was an overfilled water balloon,,
