Write about how our muses could connect with each other! ex. what does your muse like to do that other people would be involved in? do they have interests that other people might share?
Itâs hard to connect with others when deception takes the front stage in your mind and life, resulting in Tamamoâs own connections being loose at best and herself not being the most interested in actively seeking any if it doesnât benefit her directly through enjoyment. As a gloomy introvert she also tends to prefer staying away from othersâ direct line of sight, far in the back so nobody can see her when she inevitably starts her tricks. However! That ends up being exactly how you can end up bonding with her. Illusions, trickery, laughing at othersâ reactions particularly if theyâre filled with frustration, confusion, annoyance or outrageâŚTamamo knows her tastes are uncommon, so if she were to find someone who at least understands her for better or worse, it would definitely catch her interest.
The other way to earn a connection with her is to just be an extremely amusing target, to possess potential to be one in her eyes. Sheâs not picky with who she messes with, but those whose reaction is raw, and most importantly hard to earn? Those are the best to toy with.
Outside of deception and tricks, some odd magic may interest her. Standard magic is boring, but the more niche stuff, particularly summoning magic and different types of warp may catch her eye.
Write about your muse and their concept of friendship. Ex. how is your muse like with friends? Do they make friends easily or do they find it difficult to connect with others?
As a follower of Kyubi, the very concept of friendship and making allies is something Tamamo perceives as incompatible with who she is and what she does. Sheâs nobodyâs friend and nobodyâs enemy, and doesnât see herself being trusted by others genuinely. Itâs not something that actively eats at her because itâs pretty much a second nature at this point- part of her reality. That, alongside her gloomy disposition where sheâd rather not actively seek others and instead prefers to quietly skirt around in the back away from sight leads to her being more of a content loner. Too much attention means too many witnesses, which means she canât do her tricks without being seen. Itâs inconvenient.
Sheâs not against the idea of having friends, but itâs something she doesnât see happening for a person like herself. If it were to happen, it would beâŚintriguing, to say the least. Because no friend would be free from her want to deceive.
Write about your muse and the conflicts they have with other people. Ex: who are they on bad terms with, what kind of people do they not get along well with, how do they act around people they donât like
I donât know that yet fes please give me content Tamamo kinda shrugs it off if people have something against her, that sort of thing is expected considering her role. But if itâs the other way around aka Tamamo has something against you, then things get a bit intense. She usually doesnât use her illusions for evil necessarily, but she can definitely make someoneâs life pure hell if she feels like it. She may start to lightly stalk them to gain more and more intel on their routine, the people theyâre associated with, their likes and so on- all so she can come up with more and more sophisticated illusions to mess with that specific individual and get them on the brink of questioning reality.
But for that to happen, the person needs to slight her really badly.Usually if she just thinks youâre annoying or no fun sheâll tend to stay away at best and do some mean pranks here and there at worst.
Because allegiances hold little water to her, the only ways to make an enemy of Tamamo is to attack her or her brother Uka directly- or act against Kyubi. As one of Her retainers, sheâll readily step up to repel anyone who threatens the Goddess of illusion. Those two are really the closest things Tamamo has to actual bonds she is willing to defend and maintain.
Write about your muse and their relationship with romance. Ex. are they searching for love or not interested in it in the slightest, whatâs their dating history like, how do they act around crushes, how would they treat their partner if they were in a relationship.
Considering how she perceives bonds, romance is farâŚ.far away in her mind. She never thinks about it, isnât the most interested in the topic- finds it a little dull to talk about, though if the chance arrives she may use it as a topic to find points to exploit in others. Tamamo doesnât particularly see herself as someone that is likeable, at least not enough to be loved in a romantic way, because sheâd rather toy around with people and she knows most dislike that.Â
Basically the person would need to be a huge massive weirdo. Someone who matches her brand of freak or is even worse than her, because that would catch her eye immediately. Probably wouldnât result in the healthiest relationship considering it would be essentially built on deception and an unspoken level of trust that is both loose and extremely intense at the same time, but it would certainly make a fox happy!
