Your brainwashed internalization of the societal notion that any one macronutrient will make you “fat” and that fat is the worst thing humanly possible to be, along with that incessant voice in your head telling you that you need to shrink to be worthy. Eat good food that fuels your body well, gives you energy, and satisfies your taste buds. Be a good person. Love those around you.
