finally got my grades back for the spring semester and they were much better than i anticipated! a+ for all my classes, including Classical Japanese which was stressing me out so much. it’s been so hot lately that’s it’s been hard to enjoy the weather.

the final year of my bachelor’s degree is starting soon so i really need to get on track with my mandatory reading materials. didn’t feel motivated at home so i went to a nice bookstore and studied there for a few hours.

August was filled with a lot of transcription work, an archive trip and visits to two different botanical gardens!

secondhand bookstore, specialty coffee, and the first hint of autumn

this is the last week i'm spending in this flat before officially moving to our new one ✨️ i'm excited, yet sad at the same time - this rental is literally heaven and i'm going to miss it terribly. i am also excited for the promise of autumn and have slipped back into my reading mood - which means reading fanfiction and when i'm done with this one, i'm going to start the foxhole court to see what the fuss is all about (who tf is neil? what is exy?)

A couple of hours reading and working outside until the wind got so harsh that it gave me a headache. I adore this park and vow to spend many autumn mornings taking a stroll around the lakes.
