Hold on to this feeling

“Count me in– I’ve wanted to go explore this place since we touched ground. And we can take a shitload of selfies.” Liam nodded his head and laughed.

“Yes!” Danny replied with a wide grin. “That’s the plan. I wanna see everything this place has to offer.”

Alex smiled and nodded “I know. It’s a strange thing for me to say, trust me” he laughed “Any other day i would absolutely demolish this! today its like.. no dude, slow down” he smiled “I think it’s the jetlag, i still haven’t caught up” he grumbled “It’s pepperoni pizza..” he chuckled “Classic i know.” 

“Pepperoni—that I can deal with.” Danny chuckled as he opened up the box and grabbed a slice. “I’ll totally demolish what’s left, no worries.” As Danny took a bite of the pizza, he took a comfortable seat next to the table. “Maybe you should get a pizza every time we get to a new location. A different topping for a different place, ya feel?”

Kailani managed to catch herself before she fell. She couldn’t help it! She was way too short and so when she bumped into people like the man before her? It was too easy for her to stumble. She laughed and nodded “I’m fine! I’m good” she smiled “I’m just.. I’m really clumsy sometimes..” she admitted “Plus i mean, have you had a good look at this place? How crazy is it! It’s so big and i can’t believe we get to perform here!” she smiled excitedly “sorry, i’m being really rude! I’m Kailani Lea!” 

“As long as you’re okay,” Danny replied with a soft smile. “We’re all clumsy, so don’t even worry about it.” Danny totally agreed with her when she said the place was huge, though. “I’ve gotten turned around three or four times already—this place is gargantuan. Nonono, you’re not being rude. It’s alright! I’m Daniel—Danny Walker. It’s nice to meet you.”

Kailani had finally recovered from the whole Jet Lag thing and she was ecstatic. Seeing the way the festival was coming together it was all mind blowing to her and she was just grateful to be experiencing it. Currently? Kailani was exploring the festival grounds and highly regretting not bringing a jacket as she rubbed her arms. It was a little bit colder than she expected! In some slither of time she must have lost concentration and before she knew it she had collided into someone, knocking herself back. She squeaked in surprise “oh! Sorry, i wasn’t watching!”

Danny loved to travel, but the whole time zone thing was definitely a bitch—especially when you crossed the Atlantic Ocean to Glasgow. But Danny was excited for the first stop of the tour, and was pretty much in awe of the festival grounds as they went up. This was going to be his life for the next couple of months and he was looking forward to it. “Woah!” Danny exclaimed when he felt someone collide into him, taking a step back to survey the damage. It was a woman. “Don’t worry about it, I’m fine. Are you okay?”

“I never thought i’d say these words…” Alex admitted as he headed into the backstage catering tent “and trust me it pains me to say it..” he spoke to whoever could be bothered listening “But.. i ordered way too much Pizza..” he chuckled sliding the box onto the table, plopping himself down into a chair “So feel free to help yourself while i just bloat to death” 

“You... ordered too much pizza?” Danny dared to ask, his brow quirking as he looked at the other. He wasn’t really the type to turn down free food. ‘What kind of pizza?” As the other man plopped down in a chair, Danny looked at the box as Alex slid it towards him. “I’m pretty particular about my toppings.”

“If I had a quid for everytime someone around here asked me for ID and to show my all access passes.. Let’s just say I’d be a very rich stylist before the first show even begins”

“I guess you can never be too careful, right?” Danny couldn’t help but chuckle. “Do they think you’re smuggling nuclear secrets in with all the clothes?”
