Sooo, found the pjo x hades game fanfics and cant get them outta my head.
Thus after watching and reading a few Hades games related content, I had a thought for a hades game x pjo au:
*Note: this wont make sense unless you read a *bit* of the plot of Hades (the videogame)*
Soo after tartarus percy feels a bit weird somtimes. Like he now has a stronger connection from the underworld and dosent feel the same ever since the glass ball inside him broke. (Also he can control blood)
My hc for why he is able to control blood and ichor as well as aklys posion is cuz all of them are the "blood" of the being.
Soo back to the plot- percy dies after a monster attack and wakes up in the styx at hous of hades and everyones surprised to see him. He also looks different mainly he now has a red eye. Hades has a theory so he sends out percy on a quest through the underworld in order to reach the surface (even tho there arr other ways to do that).
Percy dies a few times and each time he dies and comes back in the styx he loses some parts of himself and gains pieces of Zagreus. And after a few deaths percy is starting to act like zagreus too.
Everyone in the house of hades is surprised but are overjoyed that their faded prince has returned.
Meanwhile nico wanted to visit percys soul so he heads down into the underworld and was surprised to see percy down there.
Their interaction went a bit like this
Nico: Percy! What are you doing down here?!
Percy/Zagreus: What do you mean little shade? I live here!
*hades intervenes*
Hades: Nico meet your newly returned brother Zagreus.
Nico: Father what are you talking about! This is clearly Percy!
Percy/Zagreus: Omgg youre my lil brother! :OO
*Meanwhile hades and nico arguing abt the morality of stealing poseidons son and gaslighting him into thinking hes zagreus*
