But Magnus is so wonderful? He opens his eyes after the kiss and sees that Alec might be worried and tells him that he amazes him? And later praises him again, when he sees that Alec is nervous? When he is feeling bad after hearing his mother’s opinion, Magnus distracts him with date talk? When Alec is worried that his parents will never forgive him, he says that line (and we, who have read the books, know the story about his own family; spoiler: it’s horrible)? When Alec is overwhelmed, Magnus offers that they slow things down? Seriously, Magnus is so precious.

“You asked me who I belong to,” he whispered. “I belong to you. Your blood is my blood, your bones my bones. The first time you saw me, I looked familiar, didn’t I? Just like you looked familiar to me.”
