The future liberals want:

There are people you are going to forget to remember and the ones you will have to remind yourself to forget: the middle school crushes and the ones who didn’t even notice you in high school. At that moment when you thought you loved them, you really loved them. Then you find someone else that comes along who takes the thunder, strikes you with lightning and you feel tsunamis on their lips as they cause an earthquake in your soul. You hear their laughter in your dream and you wonder if this is it, if this is the one. But it’s not because you also see them in your nightmares, haunting you when you’re awake, too. They play games of hide and seek but when they leave, they are gone and nowhere to be found. But yet, you will continue to search for them in these streets, in this town, in the big city and in whoever else you will meet. You will continue to search for them.
