If Casey, Dimitry, Sebastian or Jernej became world champion at this conditions today y'all would’ve been mad AF, but with Dawid y'all are crying happy tears, wow, this fandom is such a mess. Today was about luck, not about skill. It was about what kind of wind you got, not about your abilities.

And I don’t even understand the comparison- today’s podium included jumpers from the top 10 World Cup standings whilst all of those pointed by you are far away in the rank.

Yes, none if them I’ve listed are anywhere near that or near their abilities. But today was not about ability. Look where Ryoyu, who is the world cup leader by several hunderts points, finished after leading after the first round. Look at Timi who was LAST, and he too has won a world cup competition already this year. If one of the guys I had listed had been a bit luckier with the conditions, they easily could’ve won as well!

Dawid isn’t world champion because he’s a good ski jumper (which he is!!!), but because he had the most luck today. And I don’t know about you but to me that doesn’t sound that impressive, does it?

And yes I know, a lot of things in sports depend on luck, depend on the day but today was just so, so messed up.
