in all seriousness it's very alienating knowing theres Something Wrong With You. like seeing your mental illness come through in your behaviour and thought processes and knowing it's irrational and unhealthy, knowing other people are reading you as weird or stupid, and not being able to do anything about it is such a lonely experience

The lights are on but nobodies home is so funny like who thought of that

Communication is everything. Always always tell people exactly how you feel, where you’re at in life, what you need assurance of, what questions you need answered. Communicate everything because anything and everything can be misinterpreted

Stop convincing yourself you’re wasting your life away. The time you’ve spent resting and healing was and is necessary. You’re not a waste of a person if you find yourself struggling right now. Healing, recovering, sitting with your pain is foundational. It’s not a waste. You are still whole.

Disappear for some time, work on yourself, return unrecognizable.

eventually, you’ll end up learning how to separate urself from ppl who aren’t on the same page as you. spiritually, mentally, emotionally
