A family member who’s a hynotherapist introduced me to eft (emotional freedom technique/transfer) a while ago. She showed me video’s of ‘Brad Yates’ on youtube. Doing some research and reading that some cultures have been doing this type of thing for absolute ages i tried it out. Overall i’ve seen good benifits for me so i believe it works. I'm interested in self development/improvement. Apparently it can help people with a variety of issues big or small but it's also good for general well being. I want to do this method regularily to see what results i see then. I’ve heard a lot of people saying eft works when you do it on a regular basis so I would recommend it, but with all things everybody should do their own research before trying it.
