“You look out of place. Guess I wasn’t the only one thrown in here right in time for some weird event, huh?” Sure, it wasn’t like he had any intention of preparing regardless. He was only here to observe and find out about the nature of this place, though… “The sea really was blue.” All he’d seen had always been… poisoned, murky, after all.
❝i look —...?❞
he takes seconds to bare the person who had approached him— a boy quite smaller than he was and... blindfolded? how strange. as limited as his knowledge was on the depositions of human anatomy, as it was not too long ago that he had manifested his own body, he knew that eyes were needed to see. or at least that is what he had always assumed.
he takes his right hand and covers his own eyes as he aimlessly waves his other in front of him. seeing nothing but black, he concludes that eyes were, by fact, necessary for sight. relieving his hand from his own gaze, he shifts them wordlessly and impulsively over to the other boy’s line of sight. or at least what he presumes to be in his vision.
