survived a crash that I could have died in and I feel so much shame to let anyone know I feel too much shame to talk about it. I feel so stupid. I feel like I’m in a dream.

I love who I am I love that I am strong and capable and I forgive myself for losing myself I forgive myself for straying off my path for not honoring myself the way it needs. I feel like myself again and that’s so scary but I know I can love myself now I see myself and will give to myself

I don’t post here very often but when I do I always see the people who have followed me for yearssss still interacting and that brings me so much joy
