Ingredients:

-Mason Jar

-Water

-Black Tea

-Sugar (optional)

-Mint

How To Make It

*Hold the black tea bags and say/think, “black tea for peace and happiness”

*Add them to the jar

*Hold the mint and say/think, “mint for cheerfulness”

*Add they to the jar

*Fill jar with water

*Seal the jar

*Take the jar outside and place the jar in full sun for 3-5 hours. As you set the jar down say/think, “as this tea brews, may it be filled with the warmth and energy from the sun

*Taste the tea to determine if it’s the desired strength

*Add sugar or honey if desired

*Store in the refrigerator and drink within 1-2 days

Need:

-A tea cup

-Tea

-Hot water

*The tea leaves need to be free to float so you will be placing the tea directly on the water. No infusers.

•Drink with friends or alone, you will help the reading by calming down with tea and letting the energy set.

•Just before finishing give the tea a swirl around and if you wish, flip the cup upside down on a saucer or plate. Flip the cup back and you are ready.

*Tips

•If you have a specific question, try to keep it in mind while drinking the tea.

•Do not rush. Enjoy all the process. You can add sugar, etc.

•A persons movements and way of drinking affects the leaves and at the end, the shapes they make are unique to them.

•Trust your first impressions, you can start by analyzing the shapes
