An interesting game where you are presented with 10 artifacts from the MET. You have to place where the artifact is from and what time period it is from. Each artifact scores up to 10,000 points, and you lose points the further away your guess is and how far off in time you are. You can only play once a day. It's only by giving myself the freedom to eat whatever I want when I want, that I learned I actually like eating vegetables, and that I'm partial to snacking on salad veges. While I was dieting, salads were an act of penance for the sin of being hungry. They weren't enjoyable, they couldn't be - they were something you consumed to apologise to the world for taking up space in it.

It's only by giving myself the freedom to eat as much (or as little) of whatever I wanted, whenever I wanted it, that I learned I didn't actually want to eat an entire cake in one sitting. That I could be happy with just one piece of toast.
