Not every design vision finds the right system to support it.

When Ar. Akshay Dahiya began designing the new office for his close friend, Mr. Chirag Bhutani of RIOT Ecommerce Solutions LLP, at IMT Manesar. The intent was very clear- create a workspace that felt refined, distinctive, and personal. Not another standard glass office.

The idea was to have a grid-based glass partition system with fluted glass integrated within the central band, while maintaining visual continuity across partitions and doors alike.

Simple in thought, Difficult in execution. That is where most conventional systems begin to fail.

Akshay explored multiple options before approaching Iqubx. And this is exactly where our systems aligned with his vision. Using: • GPC1750 Glass Partition System • DF03 Door Frame System • GD02 Glass Door System

We were able to create a completely coordinated system with aligned grids, fluted glass detailing, clean junctions, custom finishes, sensor-based locking, and tailored door heights.

The result feels sharp, resolved, and visually consistent throughout the office. What makes this project special for me is seeing architects find systems that finally allow them to execute what they had truly imagined — without compromise.

That has always been the IQUBX philosophy: enabling architects with more creative freedom, better detailing, and advanced modular systems that bring ideas to life precisely as envisioned. Proud to have collaborated with Akshay Dahiya on this beautiful project.
